2007 CIEA Forum on Emergency Relief is collecting papers from the academic, industrial and goverment communities to deliver the most professional technical information to the participants and give publicity to the contributors' research.

If contributors have an interest to give a speech in 2007 CIEA Forum, please email eaciecco@mx.cei.gov.cn.

Papers are being solicited in all areas of emergency assistance especially¡­

¡î
defense and emergency relief against natural disasters
¡î
guard and emergency relief against sudden accident

¡î
construction of safety production system and emergency relief for safety production
¡î emergency relief for public traffic (land, sea, air and outer space)
¡î system of safety in public health

Contributed Papers:
Deadline: August 15th, 2007
Must be submitted electronically in PDF format to eaciecco@mx.cei.gov.cn

Organized Sessions:
Organized sessions are to provide a forum for focused discussions on new topics, or innovative applications of established approaches. An invited session consists of four papers that must be electronically submitted for review using the same procedure for contributed papers. Proposals must be submitted by the following guidelines¡­

A proposal must include:
Title
Organizers
Brief Statement of Purpose for the session
A List of Authors and Paper Titles.

Seminar

Speaker
persons in charge of relevant international organizations, government officials, scholars, scientific research personnel, technical experts, marketing personnel
¡î
Pattern
speakers express their views on a specific topic; technical or business esentation on new products or new technology of a certain enterprises.
¡î
Subject
technical problems, choke point; new technology or new products that come into the market
